Second Annual Pittsboro Sculpture Celebration

The 2nd Annual Pittsboro Sculpture Celebration returns this fall, transforming The Plant into an open-air gallery where art lives not just on pedestals, but in the heart of the community.

The celebration opening day is Sep 19, 2026, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
at The Plant, 220 Lorax Ln, Pittsboro, NC 27312, USA.

Sculptures will be displayed for 4 months at this location.

Sculpta 2026 -Art Residency

Aaron traveled to Hassela, Sweden to paticipate in the annual week long sculpting residency organized by Sculpta. During this week, 10-15 international artists lived and created art together

The festival took place from May 11th to May 17th in the municipality Nordanstig.

Aaron chose to create a wooden sculpture of about 7 ft tall inspired in mythological ancient deities that represent fraternal love and harmony.
